I have a question for anyone who has SAN 210s...When you load up the boat...stock ballast and 6-7 people do you notice the turning is really heavy or tight at certain points. I have had steering cables go out in my older nautiques, but this is my first V Drive and I was curious if this is common. It is not heavy all the way through the turn just at certain points at certain speeds, so I don't think it is the cable. Thanks

SANS turn well when weighted, and stock ballast plus 6-7 is not a lot of weight. Have you driven any others to compare?

Hey Richard

I've got an 05 210 and usually run full ballast and 5-7 heads. Steering in mine is fine. Sounding like a steering cable fault to me, even though having that in 06 would be a shame.

Cheers

Sounds like you need some sub's in your boat to help even out the weight load to make that turning easyer. IMO the more sub's the easyer the turning, Sound's like you need about 4 -12's
LOL

Richard sorry My e-mail didnt work was at the lake call me

Never been in one with that problem and I've driven every year's model since 2001. I think you have a possible faulty component.?.

I thought it seemed strange...my 99 Air Nautique would turn really easy with a lot of weight...

Grant-
Clay has the boat right now...hope he goes fast, I think I am having separation anxiety ...We ended up going with 2 12W7s and the SE series amps.

grant-

thought better of it...the boat stays outside at the cabin on covered dock...and I didn't need more of a steal me sign...What I want and what "should be" were two different things. Plus I thought I might get it back faster . So, tell Clay to hurry up...

What do you mean heavy? I think my 05 Centurion turns a little heavy but I mean it takes wide turns and its hard to get it turned around. Is that a bad cable too?

Richard, sometimes the tilt stearing gets in a spot to where is a little harder to stear. Adjust it up or down a little and see what that dose. I love that snow camo boat so sick and clean looking.

Clay still has the boat...I will try a few different balance and tilt settings when I get the boat back. Thanks
