So my and two of my buddies went to lake lanier to ride the new 2.0 park at aqualand. The guys there have quit there jobs and put everything they have into this park! They truly love this sport! Right now the only obstacle is a 40ft flatbox. I say it's more of a a frame box (8ft up, 24ft flat, 8ft down. 4ft wide). It's covered in bathboard (FRP) right now but he plans on recovering it in trex this week. They are also about to put in a double side kicker. The location of this system is amazing. It's stretched across it's own little cove with sandy beaches all the way around. They put it in a cove that's 40ft deep in the middle so it can still run in a drought. Were going back in a few weeks to build sum winch rails along the shore so expect that soon. This is my fifth 2tower system to ride and this one was pulled tighter and was higher off the water than any other I've ridden. I usualy only care about rails but loading the line here was so easy that I've now done my first raley!!! Prob my last also, hahaha.

The best part to me was the owners willingness to hear everyones input on what kind of obstacles they want to see go in. There is enough room here for two obstacles on each side. So if your in the area I'd recomend catching a set.

PS Adam silcio shreds!!!

Will be there this week. Passed it the other day but didn't realize that was it until looking it later.

Not that it matters but I don't think both owners quit their jobs for this. At least I hope not. I know one of them is a small business owner. Will support them either way but "just saying".

Its nice to finally have one of these on one of the busiest lakes in the SE!

This is great news! I have never road a cable but have been wake boarding on Lanier every month or so for the past few years. Do they have a website? If so Does anyone have a link? Also can anyone give me some tips on what to prepare for? Sorry for all the questions but I'm pretty excited as I had to sell my boat about three years ago and this looks like a great opportunity to ride alot more
