So I know Chad Sharpe has the record for highest air. I'm just wondering how many frames of video it was. Anybody? Thanks!

Nice ok thanks! I got some video of Bret V doing 50 frames. It's nuts big.

Where did you see that? My money would have been on Parks in the day:

it was for sure chad at either the first or second parks double or nothing. Even parks was talking about how massive it was

That has to be the biggest air I have ever seen. There was also so guy named Rob Reid who went really large back in the day.

Do frames really count for largest air? Maybe longest time in the air but not necessarily the highest. I would assume it really depends on vertical versus horizontal.

I'm pretty sure conventional physics is in play here - highest air = longest time in the air. Horizontal only deals with distance, not hang time.

57 frames is what I've got on record in my nerdy word doc of wake news, rumors that can't see the light of day yet (or ever in some cases), factoids and on & off the record stuff from interviews, visits, boat shows etc. Yep I literally keep a document. The 57 frames by Sharpe was during a tail glide in 2004. Parks has 54 frames in an unlanded trick during a contest as well but I can't recall what it was from. Double or Nothing I think.

Another thing: Rusty is the boat weighting advisor his close circle of riders.

That batwing is from the 2nd double or nothing contest. Parks ended up going in head first as his knee was still hurt then... sick!

Chad's tail glide is pure money... Is that Zane driving? You can just about see his mouth wide open... love it!

Im sure there is some footy of both around somewhere...

I know its not the Bone Crusher... just making a CIE reference since we always talk about how slammed BC is...

Justy FYI they are different boats. The top one is Parks from 04 I believe. Also it has a black gel bottom and the one with Chad has a white bottom. Same years though...
