Anyone have pictures of a older 2001 nautique wake weighted down? Also can you connect Perfect pass up to it? I was thinking about buying one with a rebuilt engine and adding a tower/stereo/PP/and ballast system. I just wanted to know if the wake is decent around 65-70 feet and how much weight I would have to add. Also, about how much gas they burn in a day. I need a boat that I can trailer to college and was cheaper so I wouldnt have to worry about the wear and tear. Thanks for any feedback.

Ok, what about perfect pass? How hard is it to add perfect pass to an older boat. Also, is the fiberglass going to brittle after all those years of use in the water and sun?

Perfect Pass is no problem. Dennis Engle on this site has it on his 2001. When we camped and rode at Shasta this summer it worked flawlessly.

Yea, but you are pretty far from New Orleans. Also I dont know when I would get it. Right now I have $3000 cash plus I might go in on it with a friend who has about $4000 cash. I was going to wait till I junior year unless I could get a deal.
