Hi all,

I am taking the family up to Lake Tulloch tomorrow. Wondering if they have a gas dock on the water open? I remember seeing one at Springride, but it was closed. I am assuming too early in the season? Thanks in advance

If anyone is out at Tulloch this weekend stop by and say hi. Blue and White Centurion Avalanche with a bunch of kids in it

Ben: Yes the Gas dock's are open at the lake
you can get gas at 3 locations
#1 Drifters cove open 24-hrs
#2 The Resort (I think its open 24hrs but cant be sure)
#3 South Shore camp grounds open 9-5.

Hey Grant,

Are those C/C swipe gas pumps? (No attendant needed??)

That would be crazy, I have seen some of the OLDEST gas pumps at lakes this summer. Seems like one thing that hasn't changed in like 50 years is those pumps!!

Luke: Yes they are the C/C swipe machines, Visa or Mastercard or 76 gas card

Not that it matters but how much is gas a gallon on the water there?

Its not that bad: I know at south shore it was like $399 a gallon
and that is was a tad bit cheeper at Drifters cove and the Resort.

WakesShoe: Clay owns Sound Illusions. Clay is my buddy and I help him out when ever I can. I changed my name so people dont think I own it or work there full time. Its gets annoying for Clay to have to explain it to people that call and dont know I dont work at Sound Illusions.

Jay- Shasta was great the rest of the week. We went on the Dam tour on Tuesday. Just walked up the hill and they let us tag along on a tour.

From there, we surfed the whole way back to Antlers, I had it down pretty good. Didn't let go of the rope, but was able to ride with it with a hole bunch of slack for a long time. Tried again later in the week, but didnt have a wave bring enough. I need my buddy fat frank to help shift some weight around.

Saturday ended up being pretty bad up there, glad I was planning to pull out that day, would have hated to stick around and have that day been my last day on the lake.

No prob on the manifolds, thanks for the beers.

Whenever you can fill up on land. I was at Tullock a couple years ago and turns out I filled my tank with more water than gas. Don't know which marina it was so don't mean to talk trash but I'll never fill up on a lake again.

Grant,
I saw and heard your boat at the docks. I went down to introduce myself and found some drunk drooling on your boat. I cruised through the bars looking and then saw you pulling out heading home. Oh well, maybe next time.

Nice to finally put a face to the name. Sorry for the rush job of leaving, occupational hazard when youv'e got 6 kids under 11 with ya. We had a great time and really enjoyed the lake. We are heading back for Labor Day w/o the kids, so if you are around then, let's def hook up and have a beer. Cheers
