I gotta a problem, (many, but this one is with my boat) when i turn on the bilge i hear the pump come on but no water is expelled out. The strainer is clean and the impeller spins freely. Whats up??? any ideas???

Is the hose broken? Disconnect the line and see if it pumps out of the fitting.
