Cool video about the 2011 Byerly Blunt that came out today

! (can't recal any footage of byerly on a wakeboard since that article about a year ago it seemed "byerly's wakeboarding again" or something like that

the one thing i still don't get is the fins...or "beams." the video describes them as a removable molded-in fin style, but they look no different than any other aluminum byerly/hyperlite fin. the video shows the board has 3 holes for each fin but when the fins are bolted on only two of the holes have bolts. maybe the "beams" are not shown? maybe the beams are blunter and longer and made of something slider friendly that utilize that third hole. the 3 holes also don't have the same spacing between one another, so i have doubts it is used for the described fin movement (closer or further from the tail)

All they show in this video is the board without fins and with fins. They never show the "beams". The beams are white and look like molded fins and you can adjust them. They have P wings on the board every time they show it. I can't remember where, but I saw a picture of the Blunt with the beams on it and they looked molded.

Yeah, the "beams" are kinda like the Ronix And CWB Slider fins. Pretty sure Dave took a pic of them at Expo?

not within the last year. i am thinking within the last year since his big article in the mag about a year ago when he jumped on a wakeboard.
or am i missing something and there was some xgames thing or equivalent? but seriously, has there been any footage since that article i am talking about, if anyone knows what i am talking about
