mine did it from day 1, i have not been in one yet that did not, same thing when you make a sharp turn at idle and give it a little gas. just make sure its not your prop or alinement. but vibration is norm from my experience.

Is this vibration only when you power up with the rudder fully turned? If so there is a grease nipple on the rudder assembly, regularly keeping that topped up keeps it suppressed a lot.

Same with Malibu. Took it in and everything was fine but still vibrated.

Mine started to do it at about 85 hours. Only on full lock to either side and when the gas was applied. I haven't spent any real time trying to figure it out but I noticed the rudder had some bearing play and I think that might be it. That would agree with Darren's fix and be from the turbulence of prop slip when the rudder was sideways.
They should make that darn rudder out of wood.
