where can i get the stuff to repair a tear? and what would you guys recomend? thanks in advance!

Either a towable tube repair kit from a watersports store or a waterbed repair kit from a waterbed store.

Pool repair kit will come with more glue and more patch material for around $4.00. 8" seam splits can be repaired.
