So I just bought a new pair of Zeus' on clearance and am in the process of breaking them in, you know, the whole hot bath, can/bottle thing, but I put my foot in them today and a piece of the heel piece came out. It's part of the back rubbery piece on top of the "kidneys" that hold your heel down, it's a little bigger than a nickel. Is this something to worry about? Should I contact CWB? And if I need to what do you think they'll do?
Any information is is great, thanks in advance

Sorry for the crappy pic, it's from my phone

Just call CWB and tell them what happened and they will send you out a new Back rubber.
