I have 4 speakers in the cabin runnind off the deck. I have 2 tower speaker running of an amp. I am going to add an PAC LC1 control to the amp. What are my options for adding something to control the cabin speaker volume? I want to be able to turn the cabin speakers down and blast the tower speakers.

Add a second amp for the cabin speakers and a PAC lc1 for those. Or a clarion eqs746. A modest 2 or 4 channel amp from ebay or your local craigslist can probably be had for $50ish.

buy the second 4 channel and run it with it hooked into the deck as front input and the tower speakers off rear input and use the fade as volume control works fine for me.

what kind of amp would you recommend? I don't have a lot of room to mount another amp unless it is pretty small. My cabin speakers are polk db651.

Not familar with the speakers but look for the rms on the speakers ex. 65 or 100 watt rms and size an amp to your speakers. There are 1000's of 4 channel amps and lots are 100watts x 4 channels which would work great for a speaker rated at 100 watts rms. Personally i would stick with major audio brands with known reputations rather than the cheaper knock off amps.
