I put in 2 sets of wetsound pro60s 3 weeks ago used seperate amps for each pair sounded great! now all of a sudden i am getting a high pitched sqeel through them even when the deck is turned down. they do not do it when the motor is shut of and it is on acc. any answers?

Sounds like alternator noise. Make sure your signal wires don't run next to any power wires. Also good shielded RCA's help keep noise out. Thats what i thought,but wy would it not do it right from the start? boat is a 07 malibu vtx. is there some filter in the alternator that i could have fried?

no filter in the alt; but some wires could have possibly moved a little from driving the boat and now that is creating the noise.
