Sorry just read the rest of your post. For under $1,000 you should buy a zip lock bag

Listen to Riley. Jim at www.waterhousings.com is the way to go. He has made a housing for my EX1 and D90. The quality is incredible, and the best part is that the housing is specifically made for your camera. Can't beat that. Good luck with the rents.

I couldn't justify the +$1000 price tag of a housing and I didn't want to use an EWA bag so I just made my own:

Brad that's pretty awesome. I'm with Jared, I would have no idea where to start.

Jared, it does kinda of suck that you will be without your camera for a week, but it's the only way to get a custom fit without mass producing.

It'd be awesome Jared. We have a great time and usually have a lot of people out on the weekends. I just hate the cold weather has arrived.

Jared, yeah there is always a huge crew of us that ride every weekend in the summer. The guys at CBK Watersports in Kingsport has the hook up on all the new gear and are a Malibu, AXIS, and Centurion dealer. Check em out at www.cbkwatersports.com We all eat sleep and breath the sport and a few of us play around with the Photo side of things.
