Just talked to “Lake Operations” and the lake is over 1245 (up 12 feet from October) now and but still has 9 more feet (1254) before it flows out the outflow.

Bad news is the lake is CLOSED until 1/21 for debris clean up and concerns of water quality.

I will take some pics tomorrow.

that sucks cause I was so looking forward to riding after all this rain. Well at least it is only for a week or so and not a month. Thanks for the update Troy.

California Skier still in charge of the Channel? I saw a post somewhere saying Calif. Skier is no longer in charge. Anyone know? Now that the lake has water, I assume they'll reopen once debris is clear-

Up 12 feet? Oh Cr@p! The deepest I have seen it is 12 feet. I was going to take the boat out there on Monday. I guess it will have to wait. Troy, if you let me know about your next upcoming Wednesday ride, I will try to make it out as long as it's not 2/2. I am itching to get on the lake again. I think I can ride as long as I can control myself and not push it too hard. Not that it is needed but I would gladly pull my boat out there.

I took a detour off of the freeway yesterday to drive past the lake. It is up quite a bit from 2 weeks ago. There was a lot of stuff floating on the east side of the lake, but the good news is the City Launch ramps seemed to be covered in water. There was a city boat out on the lake picking up trash and checking the pump stations.

california skier is still running the channel. It will be open soon. Give a call to the shop. The lake has more water in it than I have seen in a long time

That is good news. Elsinore has been getting low. Can't wait to get out there. Is the green dilluted to a light green yet?
