rehab downer

I am doing p.t. for my broken novicular(FOOT). It hurts really bad still, and while I am getting some range of motion back, it just feels bad. Normal things like walking, and not letting my foot duck out when I stand and walk are totaly different. Stairs are nearly imposible. Pivoting on my foot is not happening.
It aches all the time, and throbs before rain.
I am thinking wakeboarding is over as I know it.
So for now, I am keeping up on my p.t., and trying to keep positive. And looking for an inboard, so I can learn to surf.
Also, my job as a chef, calls for 55+hour weeks. 12 hours a day on this swolen pos is going to blow.
Stupid foot.

Keep up with the rehab and when it is done keep rehabbing at the gym or somewhere. I had shoulder surgery a little over 2 years ago and it took well over a year before my shoulder really felt anything close to normal again. It then took another year for it to feel totally stable when doing certain activities.

this sucks man, i just got a broken foot, still in a cast now, ruined my whole riding season. I'll be in this for another 2 weeks then i find out if i need surgery to put it back together or not, if not then i get a air boot for another 4 weeks then 4 weeks of rehab, I havent felt any pain even when it was broken, just tenderness when directly touched, I feel for you man, hope mine doesnt end up like that at all!
