05 broken byerly, anyone else?

i don't know if i just have bad luck with hyperlite but this is the third byerly i've had problems with. the first and second delaminated and the third i landed and snapped one of those molded in fins right off. has anyone else had these problems?

Cool as long as you keep getting replacements for free. Wait a while before you send it back and maybe you'll get a 06.

My 03 Byerly 137 is alsmost delaminated all the way across the board, just wondering about the warranty, since it is an 03 im assuming it wouldnt be covered, but ive heard some people say "lifetime warranty" anybody know for sure?
I have an 05 142 on the way but it'd be nice to get another board if its covered.
