Hey, I finally went to update my firmware. I went to canons site http://consumer.usa.canon.com/ir/controller?act=DownloadDetailAct&fcategoryid=223&m odelid=9824 and the firmware update wouldn't do anything. Also it says the file size is zero. Anyone know whats up?

Try going thru the update process and it will redirect you to the Japan site. It may be there. If not, I will see how to get it for you. This has been a common question on the digital camera forums and someone had a link to the download..I just have to find it.
