As wide as you can go in aperature. Keep the speed at least over 1/500 (preferably 1/1000 or faster) As low an ISO as you can for these other conditions You have to make a decision between noise or blur if the lighting sucks. Work on panning if you have to go to slower shutter, but this will not fix all of the blurring, but makes pretty cool action shots; a little different than the typical stop-action type. But I am no expert!!!
