Need a better place to board in az HELP!!!!!

I have been wakeboarding at lake pleasant. The water is very rough. I usually get there at 5 am. The conditions are good but for a very short while. I need to know where the best place is for a smooth ride. Hit me up with your opinons.

I like Canyon Lake or Saguaro. But pretty much you have to be their early or late.

Bartlett is good most of the time, but if you want good water all the time make the trip to roosevelt lake. We have been doing that lately just because all the power turners at saguaro. Stay away from pleasant, that lake is never good.

Right on how long does it take to get to roosevelt and bartlett from the west side of phoenix? Does bartlett get as crowded as pleasant?

Roosevelt, prolly 2 hours, 1 hour to bartlett. Bartlett gets pretty crowded on the weekends, but wont get as blown out as pleasant.
