I already have a sub in the boat located by my feet[TO THE LEFT]while I'm driving. My question is this:If I move it about 2 more ft forward is it gonna affect the bass?I would like to move it for storage but I don't want it to screw up the sound.
Thanks.

wich way is the sub facing? you can try moving it and facing it toward the bow and it should be fine, it will give it some thing to load off of.

It's in a box facing up so it loads off the floor. If I move it where I would like[where I origanally told the guy to put it]It's still in the deep part of the boat but not the deepest.

you should be fine, move it around where you want and see how it sounds.
