Hyperlite Catalyst?

I was wondering if the Hyperlite Catalyst has the kicktails like the cassette 3-D or is it just flat?

It is a concave deck like the cassette 3d, but the foam kind of "fills in the space," making the concave less extreme. I personally didn't like that, but you might want to try them both out if you can.

it does not have kicktails. the gate has them.

The concave still creates kicktails, they just aren't winged out and as extreme as the gate--there's still a spot for you to get some leverage over the deck (unlike a flat deck).

But yeah, the gate has major league kicktails.
