i know there have been variouis threads of this sort on the board right now, but here is another one.
my ballaast is very inadaquit at the moment, should i buy more ballast or a perfect pass.

I would go with Perfect Pass. If you add ballast it's that much harder to maintain speed. Then go find some geto ballast set-up for cheap, until you can afford something better.

Get both!

Ghetto ballast is cheap - Sand bags at home depot weigh 50-70 pounds each and can be had for $2 each. You could easily add 500 pounds for 20 bucks.

Amen to what tailgate guy said. Get the PP first, I wish I had. And PP is way expensive, like 1000, where good proline ballast bags and a pump should not run you over $500 retail. I spent $200 on 2 tube sacks, 2 full sacks, a fat seat and a pump. Check ebay. Karl at boarditup.com will hook you up good with pp wb pro email him.
