Retrospect

So I bought a copy of the Retrospect DVD at a comp this past weekend and it won't play in my DVD player, so I tried another and it played for around 10 minutes then it said that the disk was defective, Anyone else have this problem? Is this what the recall was all about earlier this summer? And what can I do about it, I mailed sidewayz already and they haven't responded yet. I'm probably just impatient, but lemme know your thoughts
