Yeah. You own the trailer and you pay $325 Rent for your spot. I have 2 places there, one I'm keeping and one I'm selling. I know it's cheap, probably too cheap, but I am really hurting for money right now and I need to sell this place. I can't even tell you how awesome it is there. The river is awesome, the location of this place is perfect.

The catch is that these places never come up for sale, they get passed down to family and friends for years and years. Most of my neighbors there have had their places for over 15 years.

Exactly, that's what happened to me. I live about 300 miles away and I drive out there almost every weekend. We absolutely love it.

Where in relation is Jolly Knight Trailer Park. Is it down river towards Blue Water Marina or up river towards the Dam. Are you selling it furnished?

I am selling it completely furnished, just how you see it. TV, frig, oven, pots pans, etc.. It is located in the middle of the Parker Strip, about a half a mile south of RoadRunner, about a mile north of the entrance to the "Keys". If you look at Google Earth or Mapquest the address is 7968 Riverside Dr Parker, AZ 85344.

3 different people are going to see it this weekend. I wont be there, they're just gonna drive by check out the park, look at the outside, etc.. It seems that hotboaters has alot of people from the Parker/Havasu area or at least people that frequent the area. Most of them can't believe how cheap I'm selling it.

Oh sorry,
I thought HOA was $325. I guess you meant rent was $325.

16 k for trailer, 325 month for land rental correct

That's correct. $16k for the trailer. The $325 is the land rental, but also includes the maintenance of the park, trash pickup, dock maintenance, running water.
