editing wake vids on the flip cam

I bought a flip ultra hd camera last year to make easy wake vids but when i try to edit it or add music it doesnt work. can anyone help me???

What kinda software are you using to edit? I know the basic windows stuff is really picky about file type.

Ithink .avi or wmv. files are good for windows.

I usually have to run them through compressor on my mac to be able to use them in Final Cut

If you are a windows person - you can import them into Windows Movie Maker and bring in your music and edit the vids

use windows movie maker. And the "Any video Converter" is a really good free program. I use it all the time
