X Games photo gallery is up

For those that don't check the Wakeworld home page...the X Games photo gallery is up, with almost 100 pics. Too bad they wouldn't let me in the boat or even near the starting dock!

I don't get it, why wouldn't they let you and why did you need to be there?

Its XGames, its driven by advertising, so they want the best footage of the events so you have to watch it on TV along with all the advertisements they want you to see.
Best way to kill a sport, but the best way to get a sport on TV that might otherwise not get much coverage.

actually i think the x-games is espn's event so they want ALL of the tv coverage from all of the best locations.

cameron i dont understand why you said "its the best way to kill a sport." so what if they dont want other people takin pics from the ideal locations, if the x-games didnt exist there would be one less wakeboarding event and one less chance for wakeboarding to be on tv. if it in fact is their event, then they should be entitled to the ideal locations for shooting IMO.
