I like your quiver Ed!

Sean, what have you got going on with that Walzer...the deck has some coloration or something - that's new and the bottom...it looks like a wood grain to me. What is that?

Ya, but I'd like to put the quiver in the river!

Ed, my wife just returned from ohio and said it was warm there. Why are you not riding yet?

It was really great today; it will be great all week. It wasn't that many days ago when we had snow on the ground. We could still get a hard freeze here and I don't have inside boat storage so I get a little nervous about starting the season too soon, engine blocks are expensive.

I just took the Mighty Centurion out of winter storage last week but took it directly to my dealer, the cover is torn. Next I need to install that new Fresh Air Exhaust system:-)

I ordered a dry suit through a friend back in December, my friend had connections with Intensity, but the Intensity has been sold, and the connection is no longer in place. A dry suit is still supposed to be on its way.

With Wakefest planning done and no boat to play with I spent some of my time working on some Wakefest inspired boat graphic ideas: http://www.wakeworld.com/cgi-bin/Discus4/show.cgi?3183/427757

What do you think?

The top is an oriental dragon print and the bottom is carbon. I just didn't get a very good pic of it.

That looks like a sweet board Sean. I had the opp to ride a Walzer pintail a couple of weeks back. Super fast and loose and fun! Let us know how you like it.

That's rad Sean. I've yet to get out on mine, but I'm close. Just a couple of small items to wrap up on my winter upgrades to the boat, take her out for a shake down and then the season will be on.

Thanks Scott -- I feel your pain with waiting for it to warm up -- I lived in Portland for a while and it seems like the summer would never come! I almost considered moving back, but Austin is really growing on me. However, when you guys are enjoying the nice 85F and dry days in the next few weeks (and those long days when you can be out on the lake until after 9pm), try to remember us here in TX sweltering in 90% humidity and 100F temps. :-)

Ed - sorry to hear about the snow! Do you snowboard? Maybe you can get a final day on the slopes in???

Ohio isn't as flat as Kansas but it's close, we have a 300 foot hill, “Mad River Mountain”.

I can almost feel that the season is here. I’m picking up my boat today and will install my FAE tomorrow:-) Next week we’re putting in the docks at the boat club, I’ll ride for sue then.
