I bought a board recently, and will be heading out for my first time on the water ever, and I have heard that getting out of the water is the hardest part of wakeboarding, I was wondering if anyone had any good tips or tricks to doing so...

keep ur knees close to ur chest...honestly it is harder then said but let the boat do all of the work...keepo the handel between ur legs and just wait...the boat will pull u up..then jsut stand.
Do everything Mitchell said, but keep your elbows outside your knees. If you put them inside your knees you will just break at the waist and never get up.
Yeah, I always drown when I'm not standing on my board because I'm so used to being able to breathe, and my board keeps me floated. When my board isn't under me and I exhale I go downnnnn
