are those RGB LED's or just red? I saw a guy who had RGB led's wired into his amp somehow and the LED's were flashing all different colors to the beat of the music...pretty cool. Killer boat BTW

I decided againt RGB as the boat it as RED as can be. If the boat were a more nuetral color i would done the RGB route. Im sure everyone would agree that green, blue or purple etc against a red boat wouldnt look right.

Grant wouldn't

You know I love this boat! For the high res shoot run some LED's up the champagne bucket and drop a couple bottles of Nuevo in there. It looks killer.

I knew that was coming. If the boat was black, white or charcoal - sure. But for me it just didnt make sense.

can you tell me more about the fogger? Just curious how that got managed. Don't they take up a lot of power? Do you have vents running through the boat for the fog?

I saw a boat at devils cove lake travis that had a fogger. I was like "holy $4!t that boats on fire!!!" It took a second to realize it was a fogger.

if you saw a boat on devils cove with a fogger it was probably brian's. The fog machine uses a 1000w power inverter, and a single vent (2.5" ? feed)

Most likely my boat. 1000W power invertor and massive fog machine. Right now I am running one single vent - works well. My last Wake Setter ran 5 vents - all 4 gunnels and under the dash. The single vent dumps a **** ton more than the 5 vent set up. I will likely add one more vent up front near the heater over the winter.

Push button switch to the left of the bottom voltage meter controls the machine.

Does the fogging substance leave any residue on the boat?

this might be a stupid question, but is that like a wine cooler sticking up in the middle?

As good as the pictures look I'll bet it doesn't compare to seeing it up close in person. And, there is so much work behind the scenes in that type of system that you don't get to see.

It's a champagne bucket. The Bu's come with a table there, he just converted it into a more practical implement

I was going to say that this was a perfect install.
I mean seriously you have light show, lasers, awesome sound, fog, champagne bucket (my favorite addition by the way) etc. etc. What could possibly be missing?

Then I noticed there was no provision for a brass pole. FAIL!!!!!
Put one up front in the playpen and you will own the worlds most perfect boat!
Old     (factorykitted)      Join Date: Jul 2009       09-24-2010, 8:16 AM Reply
sorry but brass pole = fail IMO

thx for the compliments!

I'm just bustin on ya, but you have to admit you have everything a quality strip joint would have...minus the pole.

The fog machine on a boat is sweet! Way to think outside the box!

WOW!!! i gotta go to devils cove more often!!!! if i see your boat on the lake, i might swim after you trying to get on the boat. consider this a preemptive apology if that ever happens.

not my style, i actually use this boat to ride several times a week. my favorite thing about the boat is that is so over the top yet during the day time it nearly looks unmodified

Honestly its the sweatest boat i saw, mine is pretty the same, except the mod and its a VLX, looolll after thinking only the color are the same !!! hahaha

No honestly its pretty nice, but my only question is with all those mods do you even have a place of storage to put at least a towel in there ??

Ahhh and just to let you know its NUVO not NUEVO but anyway this thing is pretty disgusting, really too sweet tasting for me IMO, yep good quality with French spakling champagne and French Vodka i think but still not a good taste, it could be a Jet Set drink for the stars in the moment i think its more like a publicity than other thing.

I will def go with a Crystal or a Krug Champagne over a Nuvo in that bucket, with that boat you need to step up with quality drinks !!!

I have LED's in my cooler and on a night cruise a guest brought a bottle of Nuvo...it looked killer all lit up.

Oh and its Cristal not Crystal which would light up nicely but Krug would not nor would Dom due to their dark bottles.

Your right Hate my bad on that one i didnt take the time to check twice on my bottles chillin in my cellar.

Your also right on the Dark bottle, for the Krug i was more talking about the taste than something else because this Champagne is a charm.

NIce and in my opinion they're the ones spelling it wrong. You're right about Nuvo, its by no means a champagne. I'm a Dom man 1993 specifically, unfortunately I'm not recession proof and had to settle for 2000 the last few times I've had it. Being perfectly honest though I do like the taste of Nuvo.

Unless you're feeling fancy then you go for Asti Spumante, right?
