So, I've been trying to get the gentleman who makes the video camera tower mount at http://wakevideo.com to get back to me so I can buy one, but I'm not getting a response.

Does anyone who if he still exists?

Or if someone else makes them?

Same problem here.I heve even paid for the Pro mount 2 weeks ago.Now i'm trying to get my money back.

Fortunately paid with Paypal.

Bryan is a standup guy

I bought a system last year from him....and have sent my top mount in for an upgrade

I haven't been able to reach him in a week or two either, but I have confidence that all will be fine

sometimes it is hard to get a hold of him...but

everybody in this indusrty is busy 2 to 3 weeks till memorial day

hang in there and I'm sure he will contact you

things aren't always the way they seem

I'm sure that he will get your product to you asap

sometimes us small business owners haveta do things by ourselfs.....

have sent a couple of emails back and forth now

...he will take care of you

and...the product is fantastic
I used mine all summer last year...
then he improved on the design and offered to upgrade mine

he said it'll hit the mail early next week...can't wait

Cool, I really want to buy the product. I'm in business for myself and realize that things can get pretty tough.
