straight across? dude you are making out huge if the bu is in perfect condition. your boat is high 40's that boat is high 50's. but what wake do like better? but the simple dollar for dollar aspect of this trade is in your favor. and to clarify your talking about the silver aniversery addition right?

No, your Nautique is a awsome boat. I wouldent unless yours is beat with a lot of hours. Your boat should hold value better as well compaired to the Malibu.

I would do it in a heart beat. 2004 for for a 2007 straight a cross. You would have to be brain dead not to.

Can anyone read?

He said trade it in... not trade it for...

Personally, I wouldn't let the 210 go unless your looking for more space in a boat.

210 uses less fuel.

210 needs less ballast.

210 handles better.

210 depreciates slower.
(new boats are going to get hit hard this year as the market self adjusts)

210 takes up less room for storage.

210 is easier on tow rigs.

VLX does have some sweet advantages though.

VLX interior is far superior.

VLX cockpit is way roomier.

VLX power wedge allows you to shape the wake on the fly.

VLX can be a great surf boat.

The cc 210 has 250 hours and the VLX silver edition has 22

If you're looking for a rampier wake(less steep and longer landing zones), more interior room and better surf wakes on both sides...then go for it! I PERSONALLY think the 210 has a nicer(better ergonomics) interior, but the VLX feels more plush and it's definitely more roomy....

I'm trading my 210 in for a VLX or a 23LSV this year.....

Depends how much you actually wakeboard. 210 team wins hands down if hitting the wake is your main concern. If you are looking for value or comfort, make the trade.

Just depends on what you are looking for and what you do when your on the lake. What I love about the 210 as stated above you dont have to weigh it down too much to get a great wake. However not as much room in the 210. The VLX is a sweet boat and has a nice wake. YOu do have to sak it out to get that great wake. If I remeber right the VLX like a lot of nose wieght. If you are going to make payments I would but it toward a newer rig. Good luck and post pics up of you 2004 and the 2007.

@Cliff's quote "210 depreciates slower."

Understatement of the decade. What do you mean depreciation on 1995-2006 210's.

It seriously barely exists on those things. Never witnessed such a thing. 220's can already be had in the $40k's. That FLOORS me. You're right about the bigger boats despite me wanting one (see profile pic).

Keep the 210. Don't make the mistake I am going to

@Erik -- Doesn't hurt that the 236 in that shot is GORGEOUS!

I can see why the 220's are depreciating faster...awesome boat, but they are so damn side-to-side sensitive!! If they would widen the beam on that boat...it might be perfect!
