I made these out of 1/4" x 6.5" PVC. Design, shaping, painting and polishing. I even helped with the CNC of the grills. Dropped 4- 5.25" PPI Carbon Fiber coaxils. All made from scrap aluminum and pipe. Total cost....under $50
