I presently purchased a PS205. I've removed the kick panel down by the drivers feet. I'm just wondering how to go about building a box to fit down there?

measure twice, cut once Make sure you build the box according to the specs in the manual.

All aluminum enclosure? Is it dynomatted or insulated on the inside? I woudl think you woudl get all kind of resonating frequencies out of a metal box???

Adam,

The enclosure is constructed from 1/2 thick aluminum so resonating freaks are minimised. And yes we insolate the enclosure.
