has anyone had a binding hole insert strip out from a hard fall? i wrecked real hard and my binding screw stripped out my insert. i use the two hole system.maybe i should have used the four hole?

mine has never done that, but I use the four hole.

Since I've put the boots on the board, ever, 07/08/09 boards I've never even had to tighten my screws during the year.

The four hole pattern is the way to go.

i have had a ton of boards and have wrecked way harder than i wrecked when it stripped. it is only like two weeks old. i sooo didnt want this to happen a week before my wisconsin trip. i loved the board. it is a way sweet ride but am a little upset.

What part of Wisconsin?
Slingshot should help out I would think, but if it isn't in time and you want mine I'm in central Wisconsin.... Its an 09 142 Recoil.

i called the shop where i purchased the board and took a few pics but there really isnt anything to see because it just looks like a regular insert. the gentleman said i would probably have to send it in because there isnt noticeable damage.

Yikes, thats way up there.

How long are you there for?... if its a short enough trip you could just take my board/boots if you want for the weekend, I can survive without it for a few days.
I'm like 15 min off I-39 if you want a pull or something to or from the final spot to break up driving.

might be worth calling up Kyle at SS... he was willing to overnight me a board, it was a crazy unique situation, but he is a really nice guy.
