People have called me nuts for moving to Disco Bay and commuting to the Napa Valley for work. Others know exactly why I would do such a crazy thing - because we have awesome water conditions here!

Last weekend was fun in the sun! Sofia pulled out two new tricks and the rest of the gang rode like pros. What a great time! Thank you Linda...

Here are some pics of what many of you are missing out on...

Rediculous conditions:

Great pics, and nice water. Looks like you'll never look back from where you moved from. Mead has been really nice the last month or so also.

Julie,
I live and work in napa and the thought of moving out there is always in my head. I feel it is also worth the commute.

How long is the commute, exactly?

No 2 days are ever the same.

With absolutely no traffic - 50 minutes
With a good morning commute - 1 hour 15 minutes
With a good evening commute - 1 hour 20 minutes

When days go bad with Bay Area traffic - the longest has been 2 hours 10 minutes.

Luckily, I work for an awesome company, and I am allowed to tele-communute at least once a week.

Thanks Jeff! Come ride with the girls sometime. They really motivate me to try and improve my riding so i don't fall behind too fast. I guess that means I will be working on inverts and threes this Spring. I had better look into Aflec!

It takes me 2 hours to get out my door in SJ and into my chair at work in SF. I applaud you on your move, and your perks
