My neighbors suck!

I finally have bought a boat this year and my neighbors are giving me nothing but trouble about it! I live in a nice private development where I know and like quite a few of my neighbors, but apparently the rest aren't to keen on me. Last week I had the cops called on me twice for noise complaints because I had my stereo up for like a minute and a half. Today I woke up to city police knocking on my door cuz my boat sticks out enough to block the sidewalk. C'mon neighbors grow some balls and talk to me about the problem don't just call the police everytime you don't like something!!!
