If anyone is looking to buy speaker covers and are not sure what brand to get. I would highly recommend Speaker Sox. I know there has been post on both companies. But after searching more I decided to email Speaker Sox to get more info, I’m glad I did. I emailed Jim on Friday about a set for my Wetsounds and he replied promptly. I couldn't decide if I should add the embroidery or not and what color to get. He replied with suggestions to multiple emails I sent. He also said if I placed the order Friday he'd ship it out on Saturday if I did not what the embroidery. If I did want the embroidery, I would have to wait till Monday to have them ship out because he gives the guys time off on the weekends (imagine that). Anyway, I emailed him a question at 9:30 PM thinking I get an answer Monday. Boy, was I wrong. Five minutes later he responded and still said it will ship out on Saturday. Sure enough I placed the order Friday night and he sent the tracking number to me on Saturday. Today the carrier came buy and I actually have the package in my hands. Now that is what you call awesome customer service. The product looks good too. So, if you’re looking for covers contact Jim at Speaker Sox.

I couldnt agree more, Jim's excellent customer service is very rare these days. He must not sleep and have his Blackberry in his hands at all times. I am a customer for life!!!

It would be interesting to count how many similar threads have been posted about Jim, he must have the all time "positive thread count" that didn't involve a boat bashing or Obama comment. lol.

I am the author of one myself. He is the man, now if I could only get him to manage my local dealer.

I just received my wakeboard rack covers from him a while ago and they fit great. No more time wasted trying to clean all the bugs off the racks. Now the speakers and racks are looked after properly. Like mentioned above...great customer service!!!

I am biased because we are sponsored by them, but we LOVE the product!! Jim's service is 2nd to none.

Not to mention, what a great idea and a great product. It's so nice to not have to scrub bugs off the racks and lights!! Talk about time-saving.
