Hey i was wondering how this board rides and what it compares to other rides. Thanks for your response.

My friend rode one and liked it. But then he rode the Origin 140 and liked it way better. Similar hulls, you should ride them both.

I currently ride the original Origin Weddington 138, it's too big and I'm thinking about a new ride. I used to work at a Ski Shop and was super impressed by Blindside's warranty and product. Any one else??

I rode the assassin 139 and found it to be fast, with decent pop, solid tracking, easy to spin. However, the stock 1.5in. fins are too sticky especially on landings. I swapped out the standard fins for the 1.0in. BS wakeskate fins and it made a world of difference. It really has a ride all to its own. Definitely demo it and maybe look at the billy mckee pro 136 as well. It has lots of pop and tracks really well with the molded-in fins. If you like the ride of the origin the mckee would be more comparable.

Thanks Brandon, I do like how my Origin rides but it has it's weaknesses, it's too squirly when flat. Like if I land a little flat it just wants to slide out. I can imagine how (2) 1.5" fins was too much. I have one 1.5" on my Origin. My favorite board of all time was the original Belmont with molded fins, I hated the Trip's because I felt the sucked for spinning off the wake.

Well you might want to try the Jobe Alpha. Or just the HL Motive (same as the old belmont)

I could do that but there was a reason I switched in the first place. I'd like to find a nice middle ground. The Alpha is Keith Lyman's Board correct? Thanks

Yeah, the Alpha is Lymans board.
