Pops and I are searching for some Tower speakers..
We have an 07 Mobius LSV, and I think the tower is 2.5" or somewhere close.
I was just wondering if anyone had any links to some good sites with low prices on some good quality.
I'll be pitching in as much as I can, haha but I'm trying to get him to go all out and get some WetSounds speakers.
How do the Polk Momo speakers sound while riding?

Everyone I have talked to as well as Polk recommends the DB651's. For the tower application you lose the clarity and advantages that the MMC/Momos give over the DB's so it is a waste of an upgrade they explained. Also the DB's have a higher effeciency rating as well. I am not a proponet of ebay, but they have some pretty slick tower speaker setups on there for a decent price with the Polks in them.

www.audioformz.com

That's the website (I think) I ordered my speakers from....

I ordered my speakers there already loaded with the Polk DB series speakers in them.... I think I paid $500-$600ish for four speakers and cans...

I've been extremely happy with them... Not too over the top... Check their website... They have a few different styles available...

If you can find them I like the db675's.. The db's are lighter, more efficient, no outboard crossover... all good things for tower speakers.

More cone = more sound
