Air Boom on new 2008 Sanger

I am about to pull the trigger and buy a 08 Sanger v230 but the tower is not a typical Pro flight tower but an AirBoom. That is holding me back. It looks nice but am not familiar with AirBoom. Is it a good tower? Any opinions on this tower?

Do you have any pics? They make several towers... But all in all I've never heard any complaints of anything Airboom makes.

Well for one thing it looks good on the boat. And for two read my post above

I don't think the tower will be anything to be concerned with especially with dealer support.

Air Boom has been around a long time and I have never heard of any problems. It looks great on the boat

Why aren't you considering the new sanger 237. Actually I thought I read that Sanger was getting rid of the 230 and replacing it with the 237.

I have the older Air Boom tower on my I/O which is now my second boat at our vacation cottage in MI. It has been a very good tower and performed well. They make rock solid towers and that would not be a reason to not purchase the boat if it were me. Just my 2 cents.

They are still keeping the 230. The new 237 is a mnuch bigger boat and they fit different styles

That tower looks really good on that boat.. It doesnt look very sturdy, but ive never checked one out in person.. Havent ever heard anything bad about them..
