Anyone know if the Ibex has a grind base?? thats what iv'e herd and that it also has a gring=d base material in the middle??

Zach, I have heard the same thing. But when I looked at the 09 Ibex at my pro shop the base of the board didn't look like it had a grind base. But I am not certain. The 09 looks like it can take a beating better than the 08.

ok how long do you think it will hold up if i am a cable rider?? i go to the cable in the summer like 5 times a week and usually 1 time on the boat.

my old ibex seemed to do well on rails... most were OWC which are super nice....
I donno how COWC's are though

The Bill has a p-tex base, it is the same material as the base of most ski's and snow boards, very tough!

ya well cowc finally got bought out and now they will have much better rails and kickers... but they were pretty nice b4 hand. but im still excited boat and rv world bought them out.

It does not look like the graphics will crack and look bad it has a different texture than the 08.

It has 4 screw in fins. Like most other Ronix boards.
