How come you're not there? I think Amber Wing and Lauren Loe made it through too. I watched part of it on web TV.

I am not that familiar with Dan Nott but he seems to be tearing it up at Masters. He had a good first round also.

harf's w2w bs 7 was crazy. is that the first time it has ever been landed in a contest? he was so stoked he momentarily forgot he had some course left and barely got in his last trick between fist pumps. had he landed the cab 9 off the double-up, he would have won easily. my vote is for rusty

Joe, I wish I'd known you were out there or else I'd have thrown props your way as well.
Great contest, tough call for the judges to have to make. Dano was going off! It was also great to see the high level of riding in the women's division. The top group all stepped it up and gave Dallas a good run.

I just got home and had a great weekend. Adkison popped the handle on his 7 and swam in to where we were sitting. He let us look at his new shape (sounds like they are going to make some great improvements to the Transcend, he really likes it) and sat with us and watched the rest of Wetherall's run. He was super nice, signed autographs and went and saw all the kids around. Dallas and her family sat by us too, she was pretty stoked after her win. I ran into Harf and Malinosky at Subway before finals today, they were both super nice and were fired up to ride and were glad to meet a few fans. That was the first time I had seen Malinosky ride, his first pass was all spins and on the way back he grabbed nuclear on two or three of his tricks and everything he did was huge. It was a good weekend.

BTW, Dallas took the win for the women, Amber Wing tried the 7, didn't get it and came in second, Copeland-Durham and Tara Hamilton both had great runs today. Harf won mens with Rusty second, Andrew third and Dan Knott fourth (he stuck a really nice w2w 900 yesterday and today).

I think she got to her board, stood it up and lost the handle, I'm trying to post some pics, but it keeps freezing up.

Here are some pics of Rusty, a buddy with Adkison's board, another buddy and Adkison, and Dan Knott's batwing. The riding shots were a little too far out for our cameras to be clear.Upload
