How's the power with the 325hp motor with the boat loaded (gear plus 8 people) and Gravity Games ballast full. Does it steer like a pig or is it still fairly solid steering without alot of correction. Thanks.

You will want the 340 or even the 409. The 325 will get the job done but it will be sluggish. Make sure to get the wakeboard prop regardless.

Thanks Jon...I don't think I'll have a choice though. Wow, a 409...that would be sick, probably better on fuel since it's not working as hard.

a good friend has the 325... a lil sluggish but when at skiing speed there are no problems. we have had it with 78 people, full tank, ballasts full, wake prop. 80' @ 24.5 and i was fine

I have an 05 XLV with the 325 and +/- 2800lbs. We re-propped her, she does just fine IMO, little sluggish with all of the weight at first but it handles just fine.
