We where thinking about becoming a distributor for this product, but just curious if anyone has used one before, I was thinking about getting one for my personal use.

never used this brand...

but we use a load-lessoning system or battery-lifeguard system on our trucks.... they work pretty slick, but sometime cause more trouble then they are worth.. this all depending on how many electronics on on the vehicle... the above appears to be nothing more than a glorified latching relay w/ battery terminals..

11.7 is way too low of a disconnect threshold on anything but a brand new battery and starting with brand new batteries is usually not an issue. If you need one of these things.
A. Learn to turn your light off.
B. Find out where your phantom loads are and fix them.
use a Range Rover as my tow vehicle and it will kill a battery in about five days if I don't drive it. I would have to reset my radio every time this sort of "protection" kicked in. That being the case it is easier, for me, to just use a marine battery switch as I know it can't fail.
