Indy and tail are usually good starter grabs that you can really learn to steeze out and add style to. You pretty much get a good pop off the wake and reach down towards the board while sucking up your legs a little bit. Once you get comfortable with those you can move on to other rear hand grabs like a stalefish or something. Make sure to stay away from tindys or talefishes though. They are the lazy, non-stylish grabs. Front hand grabs (Nose, mute, slob, melon, etc.) are also pretty easy, just as long as you bring your hand back to the handle.
