Would like to get others input/opinions on this wake. I/O with 1K in the bow, 1K in the seating area, at 21mph. Sorry for the picture quality, it was taken with my Blackberry phone. seaUpload

I think it looks great, especially for an I/O...if it ain't broke don't fix it.

I don't believe that is an I/O, if it really is, I am amazed.

That could definitely be an I/O. You're running more weight than my buddy does, we do about 1,200 and then run on buddy ballast. Here's a pic from a LONG time ago, but it shows the wake on that *COUGH* Bayliner *Cough*. In all reality though, if you weight those things down, you can do pretty well. My buddy's Bayliner wake actually is one of my favorites when we get it big enough. Forgive the low altitude Nuke grab

Dan, I agree that that is the next big question... who/what is the "Ghost Blob"??!!

Censored rider? How big is your boat, and how big was the Bayliner?

Ben's picture looks like an I/O wake. Jeff's does not.

So apparently Lake Anderson has this ghost that chases people's boats down.

The wake looks good but it all depends on how meaty it is and if it will hold enough on take off to have the "desired effect."

yah ryan, i have seen the anderson ghost too. i never wanted to say anything before. didnt want to be labeled as a "crazy" but since the cats out.......

oh and the wake looks fun, work with trimming up and down to help fine tune it.

The Bayliner is 19 or 20 foot, 1,100 to 1,200 pounds of ballast with between 3 and 9 people. There have been days when it's gotten pretty meaty, but I would agree with minimum people, the ballast alone isn't enough to generate an industry standard "large" wakeboard wake. The picture above was with a pretty small number of people in the boat. I like the ghost rider above ^^^ pretty sick Ghost-Method!!

Thanks for everyone's comments. The boat is listed as 19'4" but that inlcudes the swim platform. I estimate the boat is only 18ft. The wake really is from an I/O. Pics of the boat below.

As for the ghostly image, I didn't want to post a picture of my friend so it was a quick way to take him out with the 'paint' software we all have on our computers. Tony, that's you back there.

I'm impressed you can get on plane. Must have an 8 cylinder in there. I boarded behind my first Bayliner this last summer. 3 people in the boat with no extra weight and it struggled at first to get me up. 6 cylinder engine.

I have plenty of power to get out of the hole and getting on plane with the 6. The High Five prop and dropping pitch makes a huge difference.

Jeff, why did your friend not want to be shows on WW? Did he lose a bet and was forced to ride wearing a man thong?????

I think the problem is getting the boat on plane with the tiny (if i's a bayliner) motor!!! the wake sure looks good!

That's a searay. We have one of those as our other boat. We mostly use it for tubing and just handing out in. We have the 21'ft. With some weight it can through an alright wake. We had no problems when we used it to pull people out of the water.

Jeff, What pitch high five prop do you have? Also at 21 mph what are the rmp's running? I'm repropping my boat and any extra info would be great.

Hey Jeff. Its cool man, you could've left my ugly mug in that shot. Must have been that off axis 180 to face plant attempt..lol But yeah, Jeff's wake is one of my favorites as of yet. I can go real big with very little effort So Jeff, are you all winterized now? We're still riding Anderson every now and then. You up for some winter riding?
