So, my friend wants to run ballast through his 24V. We are going to do the Fly High 750# in each rear storage. Anyone have any input on what front bags to use?

Integrated bow sack would be my guess, flyhigh is pretty cool give them a call.

Integrated bow sac from Fly High. It will fill to about 550#'s. For boarding, the Tige likes about a 40/60 weight split front/rear.

For surfing, you might find the wake is best with no weight in front, just in the rear corner of the side you surf.

There is a lot of great info on www.tigeowners.com

If you're putting 750s in the rear and looking to fill them full, you'll need more weight in the front unless you run taps on 4 or less. I have 2 x 450s in the rear and a bow sac. Plus 400lbs of lead that we put in the walkway. You can run the taps at just under 7 @ 23.5 mph.

i would run the pro x series open bow sac by fly high. it probably takes up pretty much the whole bow but tills to 1000lbs. you might also need to run a 250lbs sac under that being you'll have 1500lbs in the rear. i've found that with most tige's they are better off with a 50/50 weight combo.

Lucky, what bow sac did you use? Any good places to get lead that won't rust?

Sorry I typed lead, but it's actually steel shot from Pop-products, like innov8 recommends. I also have the Fly-High integrated bow sac. When I surf, I fill all the ballast and move the pop bags and passengers to the rear starboard side.

Lucky, did the bow sac fit? Are you on a 24V?

Kris;
I have a 24V as well. I have an Enzo sack in the port side rear, #450 on starboard. When boarding, I fill both rear to around 400-500lbs, and set the taps at 4. When surfing, I fill the Enzo sack to capacity, and taps at 6. I only use the front tanks when we don't have anyone up front.

I have a 22v, but have been in several 24vs. (my dealer actually designed that sac, and there was such a demand Fly High started mass producing them) The sac fits, but does not fill to capacity. It's more like 75% filled.

Check over @ tigeowners.com Talltigeguy has a 24v that he has the integrated bow sac. He can confirm the actual fill capacity.
