I want to improve my tricks off the water. I'm that advanced just some basic inverts and 360s. But I want to be able to start doing some more advanced stuff. I know on the water is the best way to practice. Would going to a gymnastics gym and training on the trampoline help? Or should I just buy one and set it up?

Any other training tips/ exercise suggestions?
Thanks

I train with an old wakeboard and a trampoline w/ a rope tied to a tree.. seems to work well..

If you have a gymnastics gym thats made for training than i would go there. Otherwise i would buy your own set up.

I've got a trampoline in my back yard that I jump on almost every day. Helps a ton with handle passes and general air awareness. Oh yeah, did I mention it's really really fun!
