Does anyone have any experience with this company? I ordered an amp and various wire to install the amp from this company via E-bay. Today I received the package from UPS and NO AMP! All the wire was there but no amp. There was no explanation as to why the amplifier was not sent(backorder, out of stock, ect...). My credit card has been charged for the full amount of the order, which the bulk of the cost of the order was for the amp. I tried to contact Hi Fi's customer service and I got a recording asking me to leave a message or contact them by e-mail. My credit card company is willing to start a dispute claim. Who knows how long that will take. I feel at this point it is my word against their word as to weather or not the amp was actually received. Does anyone have any advice on how I should handle this or has anyone delt with this company and had a similar problem with a positive outcome. By the way this was my first experience with e-bay and quite possibly my last. (Message edited by bthornton on May 11, 2007)
