Does anyone have any experience with this company?

I ordered an amp and various wire to install the amp from this company via E-bay. Today I received the package from UPS and NO AMP! All the wire was there but no amp. There was no explanation as to why the amplifier was not sent(backorder, out of stock, ect...). My credit card has been charged for the full amount of the order, which the bulk of the cost of the order was for the amp. I tried to contact Hi Fi's customer service and I got a recording asking me to leave a message or contact them by e-mail. My credit card company is willing to start a dispute claim. Who knows how long that will take. I feel at this point it is my word against their word as to weather or not the amp was actually received.

Does anyone have any advice on how I should handle this or has anyone delt with this company and had a similar problem with a positive outcome.

By the way this was my first experience with e-bay and quite possibly my last.

I have bought a few things from them, they are not the fastest shippers on e-bay. I think most items come directly from the manufacturers so it's not a surprise that your amp kit arrived without your amp. If I am not mistaken it took about 10 days for a pair of speakers.

I have over 350 e-bay transactions. All but about 5 have been very good transactions. Recently I have been burned by two different individuals with used auto parts. Both were represented as good when they were both worse than the bad parts I already had.

I've used those guys on about 4 or 5 occasions and I've had great service with them. Fast turnaround and quick product. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread because I have a friend that's putting together a shopping list from them right now. Good luck.

I bought a kicker 12 L7, a vented box, and a kicker 1200.1 amp from them and was very pleased. I do believe the amp came a couple of days later than the speaker and box though. Just give it a day or two.

No problems at all and i've bought from them like 3-4 times. Did you buy direct or from eBay? If you bought direct and registered an account i believe you can login and check status of your orders.

Sorry it took so long to reply. Not only did my amp not arrive but now my computer is giving me problems.

I sent off an email to them yesterday and still have not heard back. Multiple phone calls have gone straight to an answering machine. I did notice that on my e-bay feedback there was a response that said multiple packages were sent. That is funny because they only gave me one tracking number and the amp was on the invoice with the package I did receive.

I will keep you all posted on how this gets resolved. I hope this is just poor communication on their part and they did not let me know another package was coming. I was hoping to do more business with them in the future so I hope everything gets worked out.
