Which do you prefer? A full sun pad or walk through?

Why? Advantages?

It is just easier to walk across, and you don't soak the sunpad getting out, and you can always get a filler to put in and pull out when walking across...

I prefer a full sunpad. I like being able to just chill back there (and obviously the ladies laying out), and just prefer the plush-ness of it over the walkway. I understand why some like the walkway, but personally, vinyl is built for some traffic, and if you're anal like we are with the no shoes rule, it's not an issue. I see seats cracking at the seams before the sunpad showing wear from going back and fourth across it.

I like the look of the full sunpad, just seems a little cleaner. And who really wears their shoes around in the boat.

I know Tige offers a complete walk way path to the back and if you want to lounge, they provide you a pad for that path. Now you have the best of both worlds.

I am a fan of the full sun pad. I agree that it gives a plusher look and it is nice to lay out on (doesn't hurt having it as an option for the ladies to lay out either).

The CC 230 has the best walk way I think, because it has that grip, it's solid, and goes right throw the middle so it looks clean.

I'm not a fan of the walk way on one side, I think it gives off a "run about" look, and it seems like the boat isn't balanced. (I know it is, but riding behind it, just looks odd.)

I prefer the full sunpad too. I like and understand the idea of the walkway in the middle, but it sometimes just doesnt work with the flow of the boat. I think the walkway on the side is too runabout look too We had a Tahoe and it had a full sunpad. The year after they started doing the side walkway and it just looks uneven or incomplete...We wont have shoes in our boat anyways and no flip flops so im not as concerned with the vinyl, and the good part is its in 2 pieces now compared to 1 huge piece to replace. Not that I plan on having to change it for a long time, but its comforting to know it will be easier.

I have a full sunpad but, I really like the way Tige does it with the removable pad.

Full sun pad. Just makes it better for the kids to have alittle more room.

I threw my back out slipping on a sun pad that was slick from suntan oil. I much prefer the walk-over (like on Tige, Malibu, etc.) because the space is not lost for people to sit & hang out around the platform. I don't care for the walk-through like on some of the Nautiques, I/Os. The aesthetics are less of an issue than functionality & safety.

The walk-thru transom was the reason we bought the boat we did. Even though it came with a filler cushion, ours never saw the light of day, it got wrapped in a plastic bad and put in storage.

The walk thru was one of the things that turned me off to an SV-211 I was looking at.

I love the full sunpad but it is nice that my Supra has a full sunpad and a wall way under the driver side locker pad. When I'm loading and unloading I leave that side pad up and everbody gets to use the walk way.

full sunpad. i think a walk through is nothing but a tripping hazard. I'm guessing a full sunpad would be more comfy for the ladies as well!!

We are in a fairly dangerous sport to be worrying about tripping getting in the boat don't you think?

And you thought they wear helmets for the wakeboarding part.
